Digital TAP Technology
Tracer digital recording equipment attaches or taps directly to analog or digital telephone lines and eliminates the need for converters, channel banks, or "patches," thereby reducing the overall implementation costs.
Cradle to Grave Digital Audio Recording
Audio is digitally recorded from start to finish, or “cradle to grave,” which means you can listen to what the callers said, even when they are transferred, on hold or leaving voicemail
CTI Enabled
Trace integrates directly with the telephone system, so specific calls can be digitally recorded, or not recorded, based on who is calling and whom they are calling.
Digital Audio Bookmarks
Tracer automatically inserts "bookmarks" in every digital audio recording whenever calls are transferred or put on hold. With digital audio bookmarks, finding specific parts of a call is easy and reduces search time.
Desktop Control
With the optional OAISYS Net Phone, users can have a digital recording status indicator and the ability to start/stop audio recordings, or insert digital audio bookmarks at important points in a call.
Look Back Audio Recording
If all calls are not normally recorded and a Net Phone user presses the digital recording button at any point during a call, Tracer will record the entire conversation, even the part before digital audio recording was initiated.
E-mail Notification
You can automatically e-mail a copy of a digital audio recording to a particular person or group based on digital recording triggers.
